Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard support hours (24/7 Bangladesh Standard Time). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless gbk444's compliance team approves an alternative method following documentary verification.
gbk444 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Currency
All balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts on gbk444 are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. If you attempt to deposit funds in a currency other than BDT through a Visa or Mastercard, your card issuer's standard foreign exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees will apply — gbk444 has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Eligibility
Each bonus or promotion on gbk444 is intended for one use per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts, use of shared devices, or any other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account closure.
gbk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is credited in error, gbk444 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited funds from your account balance. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus prior to its correction may be voided.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire 30 days after crediting. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry. gbk444 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure
gbk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false identity information, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or engagement in any prohibited conduct described in these Terms.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your gbk444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your designated payment method, subject to any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion

Force Majeure
gbk444 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, cyberattack, failure of third-party infrastructure (including mobile financial service providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), or any other event constituting force majeure.
